Is this consultation right for my dog?

This consultation is suitable for dogs with medical conditions that require careful dietary management, including chronic kidney disease (CKD), bladder stones, liver disease, arthritis, pancreatitis, IBD, cancer, and other medical needs.

What is included

• A personalised, fully balanced diet tailored to your dog’s medical condition(s), nutritional requirements, and food preferences.
• The diet is written as a weekly batch for you to prepare ahead.
• Clear preparation instructions, links to recommended supplements, a full nutritional breakdown and FAQs covering preparation and troubleshooting.
• A detailed report outlining the nutritional features and goals of the recipe.
• One hour of follow-up support, including email support and any adjustments, once your dog has started the plan.

What I need from you

• Before the consultation, I will ask you to complete a detailed diet and health history form so I can get to know you and your dog better.
• Depending on your dog’s condition, I may also ask for relevant veterinary records.

How does it work

• The consultation is carried out by email.
• Most consultations are completed within 5 to 7 days once all required information has been received.
• My written guidance is clear and detailed, so telephone support is not included as standard but can be added separately if needed.
