I’m based in the beautiful county of Cornwall, but I work with dog owners and veterinarians worldwide. My approach to canine nutrition is science-based and tailored to the individual dog. Whether supporting a medical condition or simply helping a healthy dog thrive, I believe good nutrition should meet your dog’s needs while also being practical for you to feed.

I am so glad and lucky that I bought a recipe for bladder stones for my dog Charlie(shitzu-bichon mix) in 2024 from Kristina. At that time he was 12 years old and already went through 4 bladder stone surgeries. His first surgery was at age 4 and from that time he was on many kinds of special dog food diets for bladder stones by Veterinary doctor recommendations , but non of them really helped. He went to a surgery every 2-3 years . One day I was browsing an internet and found Kristina’s website, and decided to contact her and buy a recipe from her. This was the best decision I could make for Charlie. I started to cook a diet every week and I noticed that he is not only loving it, but in overall he is feeling happier and also became even more playful and active!!!! In May 2024 I took him to a Vet. Doctor ( 2 years after he started his diet) and I was very glad to hear that he has no signs of neither stones or crystals…. Thank you Kristina!!!

So pleased to have found Kristina! I wanted to get my dogs off processed food and to know exactly what they’re eating, but found all the info about home cooked food confusing. After months of research and just feeling overwhelmed I found Kristina and did a consultation for my older dog. She formulated a diet for him taking account of some health issues. That was a success so we then did the same for his sister. Kristina is thorough (including reviewing my older dog’s vet records) but the process was quick and easy. The diet is easy enough to follow and Kristina has helped with any queries once I got started. Making the food got quicker each time as I learned and adjusted the process . It’s a bit more work but I’m so happy seeing my dogs enjoy their food, now knowing exactly what’s in there and that it’s expertly planned. My older dog’s weight used to fluctuate but his weight is healthy and stable on this diet . Kristina asks about their likes and dislikes, so they also love eating their new food, always clean bowls!! We highly recommend Kristina 🥰

I would highly recommend Kristina. She’s fantastic and I'm so grateful I found her! She created a simple to make and very effective home-cooked meal plan for my Yorkie, Chloe, who was suffering with elevated liver levels. Since enjoining the new meal plan over the last few months, Chloe’s liver levels had improved a lot. She’s much more active and her condition has improved. She's 8 but acts like a puppy with lots of energy. Kristina proved that food really is medicine!! Keep up the great work, Kristina 😊

Kristina is amazing! I am based in NJ, US and my 5.5 year old cockapoo was recently diagnosed with PLN with a UPC of 10 (normal is under .5). I was so sad and stressed - she is my best friend! I found Kristina online after researching pet nutritionists who have a focus in the kidney health space. Kristina has been amazing. I have a rescue Frenchie who has a number of issues along with a chronic ear condition. Kristina recommended a diet which I have been feeding Dusty for 8 weeks now and although it hasn’t resolved the ear issue totally it has helped us understand it’s more environmental/stress related than food. Our 14-year-old dog, Chester, had been diagnosed with pancreatitis and was very unwell. The vet recommended a low-fat, bland dog food, but Chester refused to eat it. After reaching out to Kristina and completing a detailed consultation form, she created a tailored food plan that met all his nutritional needs while helping to prevent pancreatitis flare-ups. Since starting his new diet, which he absolutely loves, Chester has regained his energy, his coat is in great condition, and most importantly, he hasn’t experienced any further flare-ups. While on holiday this year, a couple remarked on what a cute puppy he was and were amazed when we told them he was actually 14 years old! After 2 surgeries within 2 years for calcium oxalate bladder stones in Harry, 10yo mini schnauzer - I was very fortunate to find Kristina online! 2 months ago my 12 year old Toy Poodle, Albert, was diagnosed with stage 2 CKD. It was discovered during a routine check up. We were sent on our way with a bag of Renal dry and wet food and the vet said that this was the only option. I found a Facebook group and had seen Kristina and Elmo's Kitchen come up a few times with positive results. I ordered her book (which was is insanely helpful in a very uncertain and confusing time) and decided to go with a home cooked nutrition plan from Kristina. We transitioned Albert to his new diet, which he loves, and waited about 2 months to do new labs. Last week we were so happy to get the news that his CKD numbers are all down into normal range! We are so happy that we made the decision to work with Kristina, she's been a guiding light though this entire process and I can't recommend Elmo's Kitchen enough. Thank you so much Kristina and I look forward to continuing this journey with you and feel less nervous knowing that we have an expert in our corner at all times.
